The Very Official Rules:

  • Every person admitted will be assessed the admission charge whether he or she intends to participate in bingo. Hey! This is a fund-raiser for AIDS Network!
  • Sharing of bingo game cards is not allowed, no way no how.
  • You must be 18-years old or older and provide proper identification (a government-issued photo ID) to participate. Children can only attend if accompanied by their legal guardian and must pay the full admission price. Children cannot handle the bingo cards or participate in the game in any way (sorry, that's state law). You must be 21-years or older and provide an government-issued ID to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages.
  • Game cards must be marked with a dauber. Marking the game card with any other type of opaque marker will render it invalid.
  • A number is officially called when the caller announces the number.
  • You must call BINGO! on the last number called. If you have a BINGO, it is your responsibility to make sure that you are heard, as well as seen, by raising your card and yelling out BINGO! If a BINGO is not seen or heard by the number caller we reserve the right to refuse payment on that BINGO.
  • All games are closed when announced from the stage.
  • In the event of more than one winner, the recipient of the prize will be determined by each winner drawing a bingo ball. The person with the number closest to 69 without going higher will win the prize.
  • Each prize winner must furnish his or her name and current address before prizes will be awarded.
  • In the event of a dispute, the bingo manager will make an equitable decision.
  • Per Madison city ordinance no smoking is allowed anywhere inside the premises and only in the designated area outside.
  • No outside food and/or beverage is allowed inside the venue. All food and/or beverage must be purchased and consumed at the venue.
  • The bingo manager reserves the right to refuse service to anyone (even if you are cute).
  • You must show proof of payment of admission (ID bracelet) to renter the premises, to purchase additional game cards and when calling BINGO.
  • In the event of any special games, rules and prizes will be announced at the beginning of the program.
  • Spoiled cards will be replaced with a new game book at the cost of $10. No exceptions.

The Camp Bingo Pledge

I (state your name), solemnly swear to remember that I am here to raise money, for   people living with HIV/AIDS. I also swear, that bingo is only a stupid game, but I will keep playing to help support the valuable programs and services offered by AIDS Network.

Thanks for supporting
